LOCATION: The Private Terminal Offshore platform is located in position Lat. 40° 59' N, Long. 28° 32' E. MAIN ACTIVITY: Clean petroleum products terminal-gas oil, gasoline (PG, RG, UNL) kerosene. The terminal does not handle any third party cargoes.
ANCHORAGE AREAS:The anchorage is located to the West of the ports holding ground good.
(Information on best location of anchorage will be given by Pilot station).
A-Anchorage area for dangerous cargo vessels;
   40ø57'.25N, 28ø 35'.30E, 40ø 56'.25N, 28ø35'30E, 40ø 57'.05N, 28ø 37'.30E, 40ø 55'.50N, 28ø 57'.30E.
PILOTAGE: : is compulsory for berthing and unberthing and anchoring, provided by the ARPAS Pilot.VHF channels 12, 16. Pilots boarding area is located in position Lat. 40 56.7 N, Long.28 40.5 E.
TOWAGE: and/or mooring boat compulsory arranged by pilot and and provided by the ARPAS.
BERTHING: The offshore platform is 200m. long. Vessels can berth on either side. Max.size 40.000 dwt.,No LOA or beam restrictions. Max draft at the mooring dolphins for the platform; Inner berth 13m. and outher berth 25m
CARGO HANDLING FACILITIES: The pipeline from the shore terminal is 1.300m. long (800m overland and 500m underwater).There are 3 pipe lines (1x6inc , 1x 8inc and 1x 10inc) for all products and 4 pipe lines for gasoil/gasoline (1x6inc, 2x10inc and 1x14inc.) for loading and discharging cargoes. Metering system; 9 flow meters are available for truck loading, 1 flow meter on jetty for loading small quantity for products.
LOADING/DISCHARGING: Clean petroleum products are handled at the terminal. They are gasoil, gasoline (premium, regular, unleaded) and kerosene. Ship-To-Ship transfers possible at the platform.
LOADING/DISCHARGING RATES: The maximum allowed pressure on the shore pipe line for all products is 150 p.s.i. Vessels discharging at the platform are expected to obtain a minimum of 100 p.s.i. at the ship's rail. At this pressure, the discharge rate would be apprx. 1.100 cu.m/hr. and for gas oil/gasoline 1.300 cu.m./hr. The loading rate for products is 500cu.m/hr., for gas oil 700cu.m./hr. and for gasoline 900 cu.m./hr. (2x450 cu.m./hr.)
STORAGE TANKS:The following storage tanks are located at the terminal ashore; Foreign cargoes; 1x22.000cu.m.and 2x5.500cu.m. Domestic cargoes; 1x2.500cu.m. and 4x1.000cu.m. All product tanks are equipped with fire fighting system and all shore tanks are as per API standards.
FRESH WATER: available by barge.
BUNKER: available by barge only.
AIRPORT: At Istanbul distance apprx. 14 km from the port.
WORKING HOURS: operates 24 hours a day year round.
GARBAGE REMOVAL: service is not available.
WASTE OIL DISPOSAL: available .There are 2x150 m3 fixed roof.
DEVELOPMENTS: Land available for additional 40.000 m3
