LOCATION: 41 41 N, 32 14 E
PORT DESCRIPTIONS: The port of Bartin is located on the SW
shore of the Black sea in position is 41 41' 15"N, 32 13'40"E the
port limits are between 41 43 58 N, 32 20 24 E and 41 35 06 N ,32 04
30 E, distance 13 km from town.
PILOTAGE AND TUGGING SERVICES: are available from
Zonguldak Port. Nearly Port management will provide pilotage and
tugging.
MOORING SERVICES: one pilot boat (200 HP) used as mooring
boat too.
ANCHORAGES: 41 41 24 N - 32 13 00 E , 41 40 52 N - 32 13 00 E
, 41 39 42 N - 32 11 12 E, 41 40 52 N - 32 11 12 E
RESTRICTIONS: Vessels carrying dangerous cargoes, including
chemicals carriers and tankers are prohibited.
CARGO HANDLING FACILITIES: Steel products, lime, logs, flour
of shore cranes, handling performed by private contractors.
Possibility to use ship's derricks The port has 4 mobile cranes,
lifting capacity 90-120 tons.
Height from the sea: 1.60 m.
Loading and Discharging rates;
steel products 2.000 tons /day, bulk cargo 1.500 tons/day and timber
1.000 cu.m./day.
BERTHING: The port has a quay length 480m. on the south side
of the harbour for berthing vessels.
WORKING HOURS: 24 hrs.
DEPTH: 7,00 m.(to be dragged up to 8 m.)
FRESH WATER: Available
FUEL: Available by road tanker.
STORAGE: 2 x1500 sqm, covered area paved 7000 sqm+35000 sqm
for light cargoes
GARBAGE DISPOSAL: service is available.
WASTE OIL DISPOSAL: service is available.
